Lindsey Sharp

Lindsey Sharp represents clients in trust and estate planning, guardianships/conservatorships, and real estate matters.

She helps individuals and families to protect and maintain assets while fulfilling client-specific goals, such as special needs trusts.

Prior to her work with Howse & Thompson, P.A., Lindsey worked as the staff attorney for the Probate Court in Hennepin County. She helped write the procedure manuals for how Judicial Staff handle cases and is well-versed in probating estates, petitioning for guardianships or conservatorships, and trust administration.

Lindsey lives in New Hope, Minnesota. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their twin daughters.
